I'm doing some experiments with forum software behavior under certain conditions, and using certain browsers. And I need a thread to put some posts in. So this is it.

Checking on the Google Translator you mentioned Paul. Ran several Virus Scans but came up clean there. Still scratching my head.

Paul, I've disabled Translator. See if this contains the problem as well.

Crazy!! I saw where it had updated this past Monday too. . .I'll see if the related problem in simforums has been corrected also. Sorry about this Paul. Glad it wasn't any more widespread.

No worries. This was a weird one to track down. And it's still not a problem on everyone's browser, as we've seen.

Thanks Ed!

Followup. . .that also corrected the BBcode problem I had over there as well. Odd thing is I don't even use Google Translator.

I believe it sits off to the right on your menu bar and if you require a page translation it will do that or you can paste phrases or single lines of text to get a translation in any language.
