Hi all,

I've got the Iris DA-42, and with a few FDE tweaks, it's fun to fly. But, I'm looking for other DA-42 examples, on any of which I'd like to have a) a paint kit, and b.) a sensor (FLIR) nose.

1. Does the Eaglesoft DA-42 have a variant with a sensor on the nose?
2. Does anyone know if the Alabeo DA-42 will have a variant with with a sensor on the nose, and a paintkit (other than just a blank, white set of textures)?

WSSimulation (Argentina), make a DA42, available here:

You never hear much about this developer, but I have their Piper Seminole and its a nice little model. Might be worth a look, Kent. :wavey:

And after seeing the latest preview shots from Alabeo today, it looks like there will no alternate .MDLs with sensor loadouts for their upcoming DA-42 (if they were planning on any, why wouldn't they post pics?). Airplane looks nice, but bummer they are not covering this aspect of the aircraft. Wish I knew how this one will compare with the Eaglesoft version (again, no sensor loadouts as far as I can tell)....cause I'd really like to pick one or the other of these two up.
