What would cause an aircraft autothrottle to not go below below a certain speed. Currently I have one that wont go below 205 I scroll the speed slower and it always pops back to 205:help:

Maybe autopilot is on, just the speed if all else ok. Ctrl-R to on/off autopilot speed, Z to on/off autopilot. Hope that helps.

Sean, what airplane?
I can't see why there would be a minimum a/s set in the Otto. However, does it have a TO/GA button or switch that you might have inadvertently set? That would keep trying to command a specific set of speed/attitude in the Go Around mode.

(nice Epic, BTW)

Ime going to reinstall the Vc10 and see if the problem solves itself, I said no FS9 but I had to have this one in FSx:ernae:

If it's a more complex aircraft, it might require a small amount of flaps set before it will let you go below set speeds?

I think one of the Airbus models I used to fly (the Wilco/FT doesn't do it) will stop at a "floor" speed and refuse to decelerate further unless you popped out flaps/slats.
