Did they use the old photos? it looks the same... :S

As this is UTX, not GEX (i.e. landclass, vector data and some custom textures, not ground textures) I assume the pictures show default FSX textures. The differences should be at the textures used for roads, railways, beach textures, night lighting etc as well as at the landclass used. The roads and night lighting do look better than the previous version. Also ground illumination from street light is, I think, a feature not present in the ORBX street lights as well as the ability to tweak the lights in intensity, colour etc.
