Thanks Tom , I happen to see over at the ORBX site an interesting thread . I've had Vector v1.5 for awhile so it didn't apply to me , mine was just the rather large update from 1.5 to 2.0 :

The FTX servers must be getting hammered. My download was half way done when it lost connection. I use Internet Download Manager, and it could not reconnect. I tried to go to the fullterrain.com site and I get a 522 error with indication that the host server is down.

Oh well.

Yes I had a failure as you with Internet Download Manager this morning. My failure was on the FTX server. I used the Cloud on my second try and all went well.

No doubt they are getting hammered. Thanks for letting us know. Keep trying and you will surely succeed.

The 'FTX' mirror is a dud - 'CLOUD' always does is for me. Seems like it took longer to install than to download. For those with an interest in Alaska, lots of rivers that weren't there before.

I was looking forward to this update. I had bought FTX Vector a few months back, took advantage of a sale, but was waiting for this update to install it. However, I finally installed 1.15 last week due to wanting better coastlines for the London to Melbourne Race... Go figure! And now, since my installation is working and I'm in the middle of the race, I don't dare mess with FSX!

Ah well, at least everyone else will get to test it and find any problems before I jump in!
