Where can I get AICarriers2 and does it work with P3D 2.3 ?

Where can I get AICarriers2 and does it work with P3D 2.3 ?
You can get it from the author's (Lamont Clark) website at http://lc0277.gratisim.fr/software.html

It worked in P3D v1.4 but I can't say about P3D v2.

It works fine in Pd3 2.3 & 2.4.
