It's almost ready. I also found in my projects some interesting Italian aircrafts that I intended to upload soon...

Cheers

Peperez,

I am also interested!

That makes the three of us! :triumphant: In spite of Giuseppe's beautiful paint jobs on IS4G's BR.20, I think a new model is highly overdue.

Together with a new Macchi C.200, as I have been saying for a few years now.....

Cheers!

I'll upload two options: one flyable and another AI for those who just want something to shoot. I asked Giuli about two older versions: a Fiat BR20, the first version, and a Fiat BR20M, an enhanced intermediate model.

Cheers

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Italian

Description: Model, panel bitmap, Vcockpit and FS2004 aircraft files by F. Giuli with FSDS V.3

CFS2 airfile and aircraft.cfg by Peperez (Pepe Rezende)

DP by Peperez (Pepe Rezende) and Uncle TGT

Tests by Uncle TGT

The BR.20 was a good overall design, but it soon became obsolete, and the lack of improved versions condemned it to be only a second-line machine, underpowered and lacking in defensive firepower. The final production variant was the BR.20bis which was a complete redesign. It had a fully glazed nose, a retractable tail wheel, and more streamlined fuselage, pointed fins, although the main change was increased engine power from two 932 kW (1,250 hp) Fiat A.82 RC 42 radial engines and improved and heavier armament. Only 15 BR.20bis were built from March to July 1943, with heavy Allied bombing of Fiat's Turin factory preventing further production. There is no evidence that they were used operationally.

Peperez,

Yet another wonderful work of art, thank you so much for the conversion effort! :triumphant:

Thank you Pepe and F. Giuli!

I hadn't realised this was only a development of the older version, basically a pre-production series that never reached operational status. This can't be a good replacement of IS4G's BR.20 in Rami's C.A.I. BoB campaign! :sorrow:

Cheers!

In a few weeks the BR.20 and the BR.20M will come from Italy... F. Giuli will finish another bomber before.

Cheers
