Very nice job! The modern colors really give the old Piper a fresh look. I like how the curvy lines break up the old Hershey bar wing.

Very nice! Not a bad color combination, either!

Thank you Hughes-MDflyer4. I cannot take credit for the color combination, they were the colors on the Piper Archer II, I just did my best to copy the scheme.:untroubled:

Yeah my BRAT spent a lot of time on this repaint.....
She started doing everything on a single layer, then would mess something up, and would have to remove all the work in that area, or start all over again....
She learned to do each color in a separate layer, so she could save finished work.
Thankfully she has a steadier hand then I have for the curves, it takes her less time to get the curves into the paint, where mine take longer to do, as they always look like straight lines:banghead:.
She has a lot of good teachers, both here at SOH and over at A2A forums. plus I help when I can.
I'm sure she will surpass me in doing paints.
Craig.

That's exactly how I started. Now I won't do anything without using multiple layers. This is a really attractive paint job, she did a great job!
