Maybe he means "Tablet"?

In any case the tablet has to have "bluetooth" and GPS capability and your FSX machine has to output a "bluetooth" signal. You need to acquire a couple pieces of software - (1) $$ version of FSUIPC (which contains GPSOUT for FSX); and (2) an aviation mapping software program like "Anywhere Map" or "ForeFlight" (depending on whether the tablet is Android or Ipad). On my android tablet I also have a piece of software that allows the GPS chip to be turned off and use the information stream being sent by GPSOUT for feeding the mapping software.

After you have all that stuff you've got to configure it all to work together. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Or this, which works over wi-fi and doesn't need GPS on the tablet.

I was looking for a program that let you use the FSX GPS on a tablet so you can use the touch pad to run the GPS.
