Was a nice trip, one of the highlights was a visit to the aforementioned museum. The remains of a B24-D that crashed on August 1, 1943 on the way back from Ploesti are there see http://www.b24bestweb.com/hadleysharem1.htm . I was amazed how small a B-24 is. I thought they were bigger.
