EXCELLANT!
You got the Fletcher Class Destroer down cold.
Now how do you get the same shade of gray on the Carrier and Cruiser? They're much too dark.

This probably comes under the "shameless plug" category, but if you every decide to build more ships in the future, I have a whole library of gmax crew figures left over from a WW1 submarine project that I worked on a few years ago.

The release of your ships has caused me to re-think the schedule for coming out with a FSX SNJ-5C (tailhook version)

A small comment from the nit-picking department. Don't take it as a criticism. When a USN ship is underway, the National Flag is flown from up in the main mast, not from the flag staff on the bow. The bow flag staff isn't used at sea, nor is the one on the stern. In port. the flag on the bow is the union jack. I was a quartermaster in the Navy and we were trained to pay attention to such details.

Excellent models by the way.
