I saw an unusual movie with an terrible title called "Hell in the Pacific" with Lee Marvin and Torshiro Mifune. About how two enemies in WWII end up on a deserted island and how they fared. It was an interesting scenario with a suprising ending. Not at all what I expected.
You can watch it on Netflix and I recommend it highly.

No, Henry,
The movie with Lee Marvin singing is "Paint Your Wagon" (Clint Eastwood sings in it too).

Good movie. I remember that it got a lot of accolades when it came out.
Saw it not too long ago on one of our HD movie channels. Still holds up after all these years.

Best lyrics in the movie:
God made the mountains,
God made the sky,
God made the people,
God knows why.....
He fixxed up the planet, as best as he could
Then in come the people, and Screw It Up Good!"

:censored: Encore channels really get me PO'ed. Next/last time they run "Hell In The Pacific" is Jan.20 at 5:30 AM, but they've run "Backdraft" so many times this month I could've memorized the lines by now.

It was on Comcast Digital last night. In my opinion Lee Marvin, Jack Palance, Clint Eastwood are the best that ever was.
