specular shine

A few months agone there where some threads on specular shine and in one of these there was a download by a russian that made the skins shinyer. Can't seem to find this download anymore or the thread that contained it. Does anybody have it?:icon_lol:

Actually the download I am looking for would contain the following files : d3d8.dll and enbseries.ini
