It's great, but annoying. The progress moves on I know, I bought a Pentax somethingorother in the 70's lasted me 20 odd years. DSLR's come along and now I am on my 3rd one in about 10 years. I only recently plumped for the Canon EOS Rebel for $600, registered it and now Canon are deluging me with e-mails to buy another new one. They must think we are made of $$. And I aint that impressed with it, the photos all have a yellowish tinge to them. It'll have to go back.

You know,
I can honestly say that I'm at a Zen state of satisfaction with my gear.

-No major complaints with my Olympus E-PL5 & lenses
-Love my Fuji X100
-Love my film gear

Would I like to have other stuff? Sure!!!!!
But my satisfaction level is at such I high that my cravings for other stuff are low.

I'm very happy with my EOS 40D, although it would be nice to update to the 70D with the improved sensor and much wider ISO range, however, at about £1000.00 I can't see it happening !

Guess this means the upcoming 7D Mark II will have to be a major improvement, with probably a bigger price tag as well..
