I don't know French, but from the Google translation it said ...

"For several years, Bruno Merelle aka Thor's Hammer is working on a superb free model Rafale M.
He decided to offer a version already in beta but very successful virtual cockpit and 2D dedicated to you to equip the Rafale with one of your choice.
Several configurations available with payloads or smooth ....... Enjoy!!!" ...

And from Simviation...
Rafale M beta 2.1 with 2.2 update by Thor s Hammer (http://www.frenchairforce.fr/download.php?view.229) (external site - please report if link broken - See above about adding a VC)

Anyone tried that before?

Sorry but the translation is wrong: this plane does not have a VC for the moment.

It's a small (3MB) file with model and texture mods.

Edit; Looks like it's been out as I already had the updated files installed. No native VC yet.

The v2.2 Update corrected some texture mapping issues. In particular the rudder was now mapped correctly with left and right sides rather than one side mirrored to the other. This led to several updated repaints.

Any fix for the red light in front of the nose wheel yet, such a wonderful model but that light just spoils it.

So what's the French for "Alright, who ordered the mad paintjob?"

The red light comes from the use of the F18 VC. I posted a hack to remove it when the model was first released. I'm not at my PC at the moment so I can't check the details, but if you can find the original thread the info should be in there.

Thanks Dave I will try to find that post.
