UPDATE FOR P51-D BERLIN EXPRESS

Just want to let everybody know that i updated my repaint for the WOP3 P51-D Berlin Express....

That looks great!! I am friends with Bill Overstreet (pilot of Berlin Express). He told me someone is rebuilding a C model and will be painting it in his markings. I am looking forward to that!

Ever since i was a kid, I always bought at least 3 Mustang models.....They were always Berlin Express....Just something about her looks, that drew me in....
As a kid i had 3 heros....My dad who was a marine on Guadalcanal in WWII, Greg pappy boyington and Bill Overstreet....
Sadly i have never had the opertunity to meet Mr.Overstreet, but i did meet Pappy at an airshow in Bakersfield California, years ago....
This repaint was a tribute to Bill, although its a D model, Berlin Express still looks great.....

Thanks Stoval.....This is my second repaint....My first repaint is a tribute paint for all our POW/MIAs.....The POW/MIA mustang.....
I am still learning photoshop, and just figured out how to do a polished look.....
I have already tried to make both aircraft iin the polished, but cant get the work to show over the polished look....
I am gooing to keep on trying...Eventually i will figure it out, or where i messed up...:salute:

Bill looks real good for his age....That coat and tie makes him look real young......Kidding.......
He really does look good for his age.....
I have since made a couple of updates to Berlin Express......
I will be uploading it here soon......At the moment, i am trying to do the plane in a show shine......I would like to have both the heavy weathered and show together as a single download....
