If any PMDG 737NGX fliers are interested, FS2Crew has released "Emergency NGX" which allows you to interact with your FO in resolving non-normal events and procedures (ie., engine failures, tail strikes, window overheats, etc.)
I've been using it for a couple of days and it adds a whole new dimension to your otherwise "routine" flights. It's a lot of fun and very well done IMO.
