HMS Hermes radar

I'm slowly making progress with this aircraft carrier lark, but has anyone else had the same trouble with Hermes? The mast and radar aren't showing fully.

The mast uses the alpha channel on the texture to display the framework of the mast. You'll probably need to fiddle around with that, and possibly the dxt compression used. I can't remember the exact settings I used when I converted the Hermes a couple of years back, I'll have to dig it out and have a look.

Just checked my files, & it seems I was mistaken. The mast is modelled and doesn't rely on texture alpha, so I'm not sure what's going on there.
As for the radar, I'd replaced that completely with another model, so I don't know how the original was done. Sorry I can't be of help.

Thank you for your trouble. Does that mean that there is a more recent version available somewhere?

No, the one I converted was purely for my own use as I didn't have permission to release it, and it used elements from other sources as well.
