If you have this model, did you have to wait up to 24 hours for a registration number to do the initial install, and then another 24 hours for an activation number? On the website they just state you have to wait for an activation number, however, after buying the model and looking at the instructions, it's clear there are two sets of numbers you have to wait for. Grrrrrr.

Bone , I would contact Rick Piper directly - PM him from the CBFS http://www.cbfsim.co.uk/CBFS_HOME.php , I had a funny issue when registering the Hawk , this model is absolutely superb

Gracias, KD. They have emailed me the registration number needed to install the model. I did get it installed, but had to send them a series of code numbers after the install, which they need to create an activation code. Hopefully I will get the code tomorrow.

Enjoy!
The Hawk is one of my favourites in FSX,despite it being a little long in the tooth at this stage. Many of my most enjoyable virtual flights take me hurtling through the Mach Loop at 400kts at a couple of hundred feet agl. It's a pity that Rick didn't expand the model range by including the newer T.2 Hawks.

I like taking off out of RAF Valley and doing the Mach Loop myself, hehe. I watched that British show called 'Combat Pilot', where they track a few students going through the Fast Jet School. Great show!

BTW, the activation code was in my mail this morning. Great little model.
