As there are many complaints about customer service on the forum, I would like to share a positive experience from Just Flight.

I purchased the Traffic X upgrade from them but when released I could not complete the download. Living sort of in the boonies my wifi is not what you would call strong and after four days and 20tries I couldn't get pas 80%.

I called customer support and they sent me the program on disk to me, postage paid! I don't think many other places would do this.

My thanks to Just Flight. Also, the 360 upgrade is just awesome compared to the old Traffic X.

I have also had very good experience with JustFlight. I have many of their products both trainsim and flightsim.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Our customer service team work very hard to ensure that everyone is kept happy and I'm sure that they'll appreciate this post.

That's interesting, is the interface improved to a great degree or is just the content?
