Uh? Gmax never asked me that. What is the type of your model?
ooops, just checked, it's for the Quake type of file (I thought you meant m3d ;) ) Frame 0 I suppose but I've never done it so that's what I'll test if I were you.

I always type all (100 frames) to export to md3 format. I need it sometimes for a converter program.

Ok, let me make sure we're on the same track, You're tryin to export with the QuakeIII md3 to map your texs...right??
If so, be sure you have your part(s) picked, click "export selected". then put the zero in when it asks for the frames.

Any frame number will do.
Uncheck the box that sais "show warning dialogues".

That's me having a senior moment then, I did do it to export a template to use in Lithunwrap. I remember the tuto about mapping saying frame 0, but also indicated all the boxes to check and uncheck.

What i'm trying to do is eport a gmax plane and put it in FSDSv2.24 so i can finish it off.
Whe i export it says that the max number of parts (32) was exceeded but it still saves it. Then i open up the md3 model in 3D Exploration and it shows fine, then i save to dfx. However when i open the dxf in CVA Converter (v1.0) and try and save as a .fsc file i get an error message pop up and it says that cvaconeter.exe error.
I know its not explained very well but i'm in a bit of a rush at the mo
Thanks

Hmmm, never tried that before, so not sure what the prob is.
Only thing I've done is get one into fsdsv1, but it's just a bare bones model, make afsds mdl so it can be seen in dped.
