RFN Fouga Zephr Throttle issue

Hi, i believe that one of the RFN guys browsers here.I have an issue with the zephyr throttle. i cannot get it to ho to 2600 rpm, for carrier launch, it only goes half way into the green even if i use F4. This means the brake launch wont work. Throttle is calibrated. I did notice one other had this issue quiet a while ago on some other forum but had no response. Does anyone have any ideas. I just updated the cfg for the new tacan which works fine.
