I have 2 rather large square holes where there should be gauges. Can anyone advise on a repair of the files to reinstate them.

Dunno about repair, can you name the gauge and a screenshot if the missing appear in the VC?

Hi dangerous
I have looked for the file simconnect.dll which i think should be on my system and its not there is it possible to get the missing file(s) I have done a google search and am not sure what I am looking for. I am reluctant to reinstall again as I have put on a lot of freeware etc. for just one aircraft

Had same problem. Will reply from home with location of simmconnect files. At work now sorry... I think you will find the MFD's in the EH 101 also missing. Mine were, but the simmconnect files fixed it.

Found my other post on the FSdreamteam forum =
YES!! A problem with Simmconnect. Been there, done that , to get my Track IR working after installing Acceleration. went into Windows\winsxs and copied all the Simmconnect files into a backup folder. Then did the Acceleration repair thing. Had panels, but no Track IR again. Copied the missing file out of the backup folder, to winsxs again, Voila! everything works !
So the Simmconnect is in C:\Windows\winxs... put them in a back-up folder, then run the Acceleration install disc, and tell it to repair.
Good Luck

I hope the SimConnect thing fixes it. I had the same problem. For me it was a total format that fixed it. *gulp*
