ATC Editing?

I do a lot of my FSX flying in the Southern California (San Diego) area and ATC has way too many calls to Mazatlan Center (about 700 miles south of the border) instead of to Socal. Does anybody know of a way to change this.

Maybe I have solved this one by myself. (Ok a little help from the Avsim Forums) I downloaded and installed EditVoicepack for FSX and in a small sample it seems to have edited at least some of the calls to Socal Approach.
