But the real questions are: Will it run Flight Simulator and what are the framerates like?

Interesting question. :icon_lol:
I've got a few of my own:
1) Do they leave it running 24/7 or shut it off when they go to bed?
2) It looks like it takes up an entire room (or more) of quite a large building so how big is the battery back-up to keep it running if the power goes out (like it does here on a regular basis)?
3) Just how many Watts (or even Megawatts) does it consume during an hour of run-time? I know I wouldn't like to pick up the electricity bill for it! :isadizzy:
Hmmm. :icon_lol:

Answer for 2) it's in Oak Ridge - it probably has its own reactor...:icon_lol:
And - how exciting - they will use it to run complex climate change models. :running: :pop4:
