This application shows a position of your aircraft on Bing Maps. A flight plan and AI traffic (plane & ship) are also plotted.

I tried it and it shows via bing map my home. Which looks like boondocks in FSX. This is a poor mans fstramp (sorta) you can see good detail of ground below.
