Yes, I'm waiting for them to stop talking and start digging. What a great show it would make for Discovery or History channel. I'll bet there is a deal already in the works with one of them.

I'm interested to see the condition of those Spitfires when they are excavated. Hopefully, they were very well sealed and have not been saturated with ground water for the past 70 years.

And now they think there may be as many as 60 buried in Burma? Wow!

I'm sure the aircraft were well sealed when shipped to Burma. The shipping crates had to have been made from wood though. How well the crates held up from decay remains to be seen.
