Hello,

I would like to ask if anyone could make a port of this FS2002/2004 YAK-38? - http://www.addonplanet.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=ns_getit&cid=99&lid=1699&type=url#get

With the panel which we could get here: http://www.fsdome.com/showpage.php?url=http://www.fsdome.com/library/fsxpangau/11.htm

I haven't done this before - so i only drag and dropped the files at my SimObjekts/Aircraft and Gauges Folder at FSX but FSX tells me that the old Gauges did not work with it.

Hm... Anyone who knows what to do?

just edit the panel.cfg and replace all the incompatible gauge with a new one. fsx does tell which is working which is not, right? ;)

Yes FSX told me which gauges don't work. I think this were all of the included gauges...:icon_eek:
Can't remember. I must deinstall and reinstall to get the messages again. Isn't there someone who is much more in it, to do such things.:isadizzy: Someone who could make a new package for FSX?

Greetings Sepp

Someone did it, just found this: http://www.fs2000.org/index.php/downloads/doc_details/34676-fsx-yakovlev-yak-38-forger

hadhart, you told me of the VTOL gauge for the YAK-141 - will this gauge work with the YAK-38? -I think there is some editing needed, isn't?

Just answered your Email :)
As explained, I don't have the time right now do pickup on new things.......
One of them being a completely new "spaceflight" gauge, o.a. for Bruce Fitzgerald's SpaceShuttle Atlantis.

Since Bruce made me aware that my "VTOL", with a few adaptations, works perfect in space flight too (above 500.000 ft) I've done nothing else then true vertical launches, and approaches/docking to a ISS scenery at 900.000 feet....

So keep a lookout for this new freeware the coming months ..:)

Cheers, Rob

This Space-thing sounds great! I'm really looking forward to it...

But sad for the Forger, maybe someone else knows how to modify the YAK-141 VTOL gauge for the Forger? If only i had more time to get into such things i would do this...
