Yep, Dan's done a great job on those paints. Hopefully I'll get to previewing some of mine soon too.:173go1:

Really looking forward to this release.:jump:

Has the Aer Arann repaint been done yet? :)

The freeware paints won't be done until much closer to release time.

If I base my assumptions on their T-34C, then the sounds for this should really rock!!! :jump:

I wonder if there will be any VC shots before it's released. If they are as good as the exterior then I'm buying. I've wanted one of these for years!

Cheers, Kiwi.................any idea when it'll be released? :kilroy::icon_lol:

There will be plenty of VC shots when its ready to be previewed. Expect it to be even nicer looking than the T-34C VC.

As for the sounds, it sounds exactly like the videos I've heard on youtube. I like to really crank up my sound when flying it. You won't be disappointed ;)

Is that even possible?

Here's a good interior with sounds to boot!

I quote my silly post of a few weeks ago "Yawn, yawn, yawn, Yawn,Yawn".
I take it all back...this looks great. I 'm gonna get this as soon as it comes out.

It's always possible to beat the 'last' one!

I thought the pain had ended when I'd finished Benyhone.. but then I foolishly went and did the NatureAir paint job. That was even more painful than the tartan tail!

The VC will be previewed in the same way that I previewed the exterior, when the time is right. That won't be until the later half of this month though, for I am 'out of the office' for a few weeks.

Thanks for the good comments, chaps.

Best
Dan.

Be kinda neat if they include the experimental shrouded prop "G-FANS" aircraft in the package.

and one more;

I remember Marcel Kuhnt's FS2002 version very fondly. He had included G-FANS as one of his many Islander models.

Unfortunately that's one area that a freeware model can outdo this one in: the need to break even is non existent!

To do the fan Islander would mean a new flight model, new sounds, a new exterior model (and mapping, paint), and cockpit mods- too much cost for too little gain I'm afraid.

The package features two types of BN2, each featuring different noses and beacon layouts etc.

There are no intentions to do the BN2T or any other model (no Trislander from AS, sorry).

This might make my short purchase list. Dano this AC looks very well done. Could you please tell me if possible if a paint like this is possible.

I'm digging the urban camo paint job in the first shot, too cool.

LOL....I remember doing one very similar to that for a guy who asked for it over at the CBFS forum. That one was for Marcel Kuhnt's FS2004 version of course.

Wow, I never knew HMCG used the BN2!

A paint like that is perfectly possible to achieve.

I believe the HMCG paint shown above is an older style. The current scheme is like this one.

My repaint for the FS2004 version was this scheme.
