Gawd knows - I hope the owner/pilot found the bits he had missed out of the kit before attempting to fly the wretched thing. Like most of the tailplane.
Homebuilds are not my speciality!

Is it a mk 1 death trap?

Is it a mk 1 death trap?
no, the mk 2. the first one crashed and killed the pilot so no performance could be logged :costumes:

The cabin looks as though it would hold at least six plus their dogs, luggage and servants. I like the dining area at the rear. The lawnmower engine might be struggling, though, and that undercarrage might support the empty plane but not much else!
Actually, my theory is this was made from two entirely different kits that got mixed up. James, you mustn't build aeroplanes when under the influence of too many sherbets.

I know. It's a "Incom T-65A2 X-Wing" disguised to look like a piece of junk.
If not then it's the "Insult to anything called aircraft mk2".

Can't think of many more clues to give you without making it too easy!
It shares its name with a bird. Part of its name was the name of another aircraft which has been mentioned here before.

Since thee is actually an aircraft called a 'FRED' (which bears some remote similarity to this one) then I will give henry half a :icon29: for being the most sensible guess!
btw. my local gives away free prawn crackers (theres a chinese upstairs), does the cantina give anything away?
