Looks like you clicked to accept Panda on some website.

Does it show in add/remove programs so you can remove it?

If not, can you restore back to some previous date where this doesn't pop up without losing too much?

Never heard of it until now, and looks more or less legit. Here's a excerpt from CNET...

The bottom line: Panda Cloud Antivirus Free 2.0 gets impressive marks for its detection rates, making it a solid dark-horse candidate even though it could be lighter on system impact. However, it still lacks some of the features in other free security suites.
Review:
When it originally debuted, Panda Cloud Antivirus was notable as a free security solution for two reasons: Panda traded on its reputation as a solid security suite vendor making its first foray into the realm of freeware, and the program attained its goal of freeing up system resources by putting much of the program's heavy lifting in the cloud. Now we can add a third reason to the list: it's now known as an effective alternative to the security powerhouses.

But wait..further perusing found counter posts decrying it as garbage. So here's one place to look for removal

Most describe the MS add/remove process from control panel. I always use Revo Uninstaller as it will search out fragments as well and does a pretty thorough removal.

While I have nothing but good things to say about AvG payware version, when it comes to the free version, remember you get what you pay for. I had some computer cooties blow right through the free version.

I've never had trouble with AVG free , been running it for years. Have no idea where this Panda Cloud thing is coming from, not installed on computer. It is blocking AVG site downloads with that message above. Have no idea what is going on. Is messing up some functions of my internet Google Chrome browser. Does not appear on M$ uninstall programs or Revo Uninstaller. Get out you piece of s*** you are not wanted.

I don't use Google's browser (never have), but it might be running as an addon to the browser. I would look at deactivating it or removing from within Chrome???

I found it on the hard drive...was called a completely different name, nil entries in registry !!?? Uninstalled with Revo and deleted left over file system. It's some sort of phishing installation preventer type program. Still have no idea where it came from. Only thing I have updated lately was a periodic Java script update ??

Well for me, that's the end of CNET, if they are aiding and abetting something like Panda Cloud.
I had a look a couple of years ago when it first appeared, and I did not like the look of it at all.

Just took that blurb right off CNET's site but to be fair I also found a Panda thrashing also on CNET. Do they just allow people to submit stuff as long as it looks well written? I take them all with a block of salt. Hope Revo did the job for you.

I think you are right about C-Net. My copy of Ad-Aware is due for an update but will not run on computer with AVG installed and active. To hell with C-Net. Have reported this issue to Ad-Aware.

you might try sending a copy of that "warning" to both Panda and AVG and complain to them.
sounds like deceptive business on Panda's part
