For backups on multiple computers and for transferring files back and forth? Good idea? Bad idea? Any brand name recommendations?
Strangely, I can't find much about these other than customer product reviews. Even googling NAS drive faq doesn't come up with anything meaningful. Seems like it would be easier than buying multiple exteranal drives or moving one around form computer to computer...
Right now it would be for two XP desktops and one OS X laptop.
