When I adjusted the frame rate to Unlimited, I usually see the word "unlimited" next to the actual FPS.

Now I get this info (circled in yellow) where the "unlimited use to be. Don't know what that info is about.

70178
I'm using an ATI Radon HD 4800 video board.

Edit:

I did find some info on the customizing Shift+Z
I'm still not sure what the data circled in yellow refers to.

The information, in order from left to right, is minimum frame rate, average frame rate, maximum frame rate and V= is volatility.

Thanks,

I copied the Controls section from an older FSX.CFG and pasted in my new one and got the UNLIMITED back.

Guess one of the lines of info was placed there when I did a repair of FSX.

I would guess that, somehow, your fsx.cfg was changed to specify AverageFrameRate rather than the default LockedFrameRate in the TextInfo.3 section.
