Looks great. I love the PT-22, and this is going to be an excellent follow up to one of my most favored planes in aviation history. Keep up the great work.

The Ryan STA is one of the top 5 on my short list of must haves for FSX...
Ryan STA
Waco YMF-5
Great Lakes 2T-1A
Stearman
Staggerwing
in no particular order mind you - and now we are almost at 3 out of 5 with Alabeo announcing the Waco..
(we can add a native F3F Grumman for an even top 6 if you like...Stinson Reliant too...but I digress..Noorduyn Norseman..lol)
Thank you to Golden Age Simulations for the STA and the Stearman among others of yours that I already own..this will be my next purchase you can rely on it

agreed - the Gosney Special as represented by Golden Age is dynamite - TeiscoDelRey you did a terrific job on this paint - a real tribute to the original.
the model looks incredibly accurate to my eye FWIW - GREAT job on the Mercury decals especially
...the only suggestion I would make and I hesitate to make it...is that I would suggest to try adding just a few drops of almond paint per gallon of white...and compare, see what you think
white comes in hundreds of shades and the pure bright white, while seen with some frequency (and might even have been used on the original) almost always "yellows"
after exposure to UV rays, weather, and grime.
I apologize if my suggestion is offside in any way - not my intention to offend

Yes white is sometimes a problem in FSX. I never use pure white or pure black in my textures and this one does have some slight browning to it. I like to make planes like this factory fresh but I also get the urge to dirty one up once in awhile so we are including this nice old bush float plane that has seen more years and weather than my first car.

exactly - the bright white as it is rendered in FSX in particular is what I meant to say..
you guys have done a masterful job with the Ryan ST - I look forward to its release

My hope is that it will go live on or about July 27. My computer hard a hardware failure just last night but I should be up and running by early next week to do last adjustments. We'll keep you posted. Thanks for the kind words. Peace. .... out

Definitely a nice model, but personally I think the prop texture can still use some fine tuning.

Looking fabulous. A definite purchase from me. :applause:
Just a note on the aircraft in the 3rd screenshot by roger. It is presently highly polished and hanging in a museum, the Air Force one at Dayton, I think. Or it might be the NASM. The "grey" scheme as shown is the R/C version using silver monokote as it comes from the box. (I'm thinking of redoing mine with chrome monokote.)

How so? Not to late to adjust.

The release will have a refined prop texture.
