Description: P-51D, 44-13606, "Louisiana Heatwave," 369th FS 359th FG, Station 133, East Wreatham, Norfolk, England. Flown by Claude J. Crenshaw, an ace with 7 air victories and 3-1/3 ground victories. After the war, Crenshaw would eventually join the 82nd FG and emblazon his P-51H, #44-64195 with his "Louisiana Heatwave" nose art and 11 victory markings from WWII.
