93. No. Only Officers can be awarded Crosses (with the exception of the VC)
A rate would receive the D.S.M. [Distinguished Service Medal]

94. All of them
95. The Victoria Cross, as with any other member of HM Forces I would think?

91 In the old days the rags were kept in receptacles which held enough for two men: they were usually friends, and if they quarrelled they "parted brass rags".
