At first I thought that it was the new A2A's P51, but after further testing I found I have a problem.

If I'm in flight and I press SHIFT+1 my performance drops anywhere from 15% to 99% depending from Aeroplane to Aeroplane. The mouse busy cursor also becomes visable and does not go away till the flight is reset. I find the more advanced the Aeroplane the bigger the problem. SHIFT+1 is reserved for 2D panels. Can this be disabled?

If I reload the flight or load another Aeroplane it is fine till I press SHIFT+1.
I have a high end PC running Windows 7 64bit. I also run in DX9 mode.
Anyone else having this problem? or know how to solve it?

Aaahhh......the "flashing cursor from hell"!!

I don't have my pc here but 2 things I remember
1) even with my fixes there are views I cannot do eg special views in cockpit such as on Mathias' Focke Wulf without getting the issue
2) my fixes work if you are talking about bringing up 2d panels

Since I use the mouse and not shift I am not sure which you are talking about - special views or 2d panels.

If 2d panels this will fix it.

Can you tell me?:
- what is the resolution of your monitor(s) and how many ? using Matrox ?
- do you have widescreenaspect = true in your config file ?

The file for tocaedit is here now:
