Where is rising sun for PTO download?

I would love to know where to find the Rising Sun for PTO installation files. I have really slow internet so searching the add ons library is slow and frustrating. Thanks....

It's not for PTO_Solomons. It is a completely separate install named PTO Rising Sun.

If you have a slow connection, i highly recommend getting the nine parts, as opposed to the all in one pack download option.
