CFS3 ETO Installation problem

Hi,

I recently installed the ETO version 1.2 and installation went well, just took a few tries to get it right lol but pulled it off. When I go to start the game, I cannot switch theaters from the Attack in the West to any other theater. Is there a fix for this?
