It looks like there is a problem with Euro Target Salzberg_REF.lay. I think it needs a fix. Iwill try and let you know how I get on.62728

Robert,

Isn't that just the damage model on the warehouse?

On the other hand, I was just in Salzburg a few days ago and I can report that all the damage that you've recently done to that most scenic of cities has been repaired.

Can some one tell me what object this is at Amies Railyard. I think the model is using a texture that

another object is using.

If you have Oldenburg Fliegerhorst- WW2 German airbase. Designed for Combat Flight Simulator 2 by David Mangum you may have seen you have missing textures on two vehicles. The fix is easy, go to the texture folder in main cfs2 root directory and change the name of the ambulance texture to ambulanc (edited post), also change lighttruck to lightru. Here are two screenshots with vehicles textured.

It seems that the size of the mdlnames file can cause CTD.

Yes it should be ambulanc.

I think around 37kb is the limit.

Hi Robert John,

It looks like LW_AAA_D1 which is found in LW_Buildings.bgl. The textures which it should be using are INF_LARGE_PILLBOX.BMP and MR_SANDBAGS.BMP.

I also have a problem with this library file - I'm missing HANGAR3.BMP. Does anyone have this texture file?

Kevin

I have INF_LARGE_PILLBOX.BMP and MR_SANDBAGS.BMP. No HANGAR3.BMP.
Thanks.

Thanks very much SC - I had overwritten that one with another one of the same name by Gary Burns.

62967 If you look at the names of the texture you will see that if the textures go in to the same folder ie SCENEDB\inf\texture, there will be problems, a model will have the wrong texture on it, to over come the problems
you can use my tutorial Models old to new

Hope this helps.

It seems to cured itself. Computer needs reading and spelling lessons just like its operator.

I found this problem after adding lots of objects that were required for various missions and campaigns. I copied the files to 'word' from 'wordpad', selected, sort a-z, and found that I had a whole lot of 'doubled up' files. ie the same files twice or three times. A bit of deletion and exporting back to 'wordpad' saved a few kb's. About 37 seems to be the limit.
Cheers
