I don't check FlyTampa's forum often, so I missed this news a month ago:

CYUL Montreal-Dorval/Trudeau Intl is in progress. Probably many months yet from completion, but it's happening!

The scenery scene for Canadian airports went from cold to hot in a blink, with quality developers making some of the big airports. :)
