A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category Netwings Scenery

Description: This is a scenery package that was originally posted on the Netwings site. They were intended for stock CFS3 and/or CFS3 with Firepower ONLY. Nothing has been modified in any way and it is still in it's original *.zip file. Here is the README for full acknowledgement:

The 46th Scenery Add-on has grown to be more than just the efforts of one squad. To date, there has been input from several individuals and groups that I want to acknowledge. I want to thank the following people for their efforts, weather it was for helping with research, placing facilities or providing support.
They are…
46th Fighter squadron members
RCAF 6 Group
Corrado
Mathias, from The Ground Crew
46th_Irish
46th_PBMay
46th_Cool
Nanni
I personally thank all the above and anyone else that I might have forgotten to mention. A lot of assistance was provided by many people, who may not even realize the extent of their contribution.
There are many new features in this release, starting with the inclusion of several new facility placements. There are also 14 new facilities and one ship -- the HMS Eagle --courtesy of Corrado. The facilities include two AA emplacements, two ammo dumps, eight airbases (including the real layout of Raydon airbase from WWII) and a sea base for upcoming seaplanes.
The HMS Eagle is a landing capable carrier that we placed in the airbase list. This allow you to start with your plane on the carrier deck. For updates on this ship, and downloads of other fine ships, go to www.isoliti4gatti.com (http://www.isoliti4gatti.com).

Included with V3.0 of the 46th Scenery Expansion is a sea base that was created to use with seaplanes soon to be released from other 3rd party developers. There are 4 of these sea bases placed on this version of the Global Layer. When you select one of these and choose the option of starting on the “runway,” your airplane will spawn in the water next to a dock. This is cool as long as your airplane can float. If you have selected a landplane, it will sink and you will die.
Normally this isn’t a major problem, but it does open the door to disasterous results if you are playing a campaign. The campaign randomly assigns squadrons to various airbases. Therefore, you might fly over one of the sea bases and see Spitfires or 109s parked next to the buildings.
While the above may be good for a laugh, it becomes a serious matter if YOUR squadron is assigned, or moved, to one of these bases. If this happens, you won’t be able to take off at all, causing you to loose the campaign.
This is a problem with the campaign randomizer. Microsoft never considered the possibility of any kind of air base other than land based aircraft, and there is nothing we found to change this.
Therefore, we recommend that if you want to fly a campaign, go to the “Original Files” folder inside your main CFS3 Directory and run the “restor-global-layers.exe” file. When finished, re-run this installer to return to Version 3 of 46th Designs’ Expanded Scenery.
