OK, chaps, it's gone a bit quiet here. Four whirlybirds for the weekend...

The one with the tandem rotor is the Filper beta 200, the last one is the Fiat 7002.

Both are available for Fs2004, made by Lasse Lindh from www.swedbird.com (http://www.swedbird.com) .

I fly my helicopters with all realism sliders at about 50%, Lefty.

At 100% realism I find it almost impossible to fly.

The third one looks like a mix of a Fairey Rotodyne and the Sikorsky S72...

kinda gave up on it

lasse's started designing again and his update is almost ready, hes just waiting for some interior pics from someone so he can tweak the vc a bit. my textures for it are already done so it shouldn't be long.

i've also been helping him with the sycamore, i borrowed the manual and pilots notes off the yhpg lads and scanned them for him
at the moment the kiowa is taking priority though

Thanks for the info, James.

I hope Lasse finds some time and resources to finish the Pave Low.

Looks like I am awarding myself a couple of :icon29: :icon29: here, unless any helo nut comes up with the remaining two.
Come on, lads, I'm supposed to be on the wagon!

is made by bristol? it has a similar shape to the sycamore and the rotor head looks more like the bristol 'spider' type than bell, sikorsky (bristol upside down) or hiller.

Top left comes from a very exotic location, which would be a dead giveaway, but it's not far from the US !

The middle one is strictly American from a reasonably well-known manufacturer.

Lockheed?

lefty

Nope - the company changed its name after this, but was strictly a helo manufacturer. Later absorbed into an even bigger company ! (Whose helo products fly today, even for Her Majesty's armed forces!

Enough clues.

PS the other one is from a Caribbean island. Not Haiti.

Hughes?
edit: it must be, MD bought the Hughes 500 design (schweizer got the flymo 300), they designed the apache which is used by the brits built under lisence by westland, it is now also part of boeing who design the wokka which of course we use (we seem to get them flying over us all the time at the moment)
