First let me say how much I'm enjoying this airplane. Now to my question. I've noticed that the compass seems to be about 20 degrees off course. Have any of you'll who have this airplane installed noticed the same thing? If so, (1) is there a way to correct the heading within the VC? Or (2) has there been a "Fix" released for this issue?

Thanks.

Search the forum here for the original release announcement thread. The issue was noticed, and I believe I remember a fix was posted.

Thanks. I found it. I just replaced it with the whiskey compass from the default DC3. A gyro compass by itself is useless. Kinda hard to make corrections without a whiskey compass for reference. [ Now before some kind soul corrects me by explaining the benefits of a GPS, I've never owned an airplane with one of those contraptions in it. ] All I had was a sectional, plotter, watch, and whiskey compass. I still prefer to do most of my flight simming cross country flights the same way. Each to his/her own tastes.

Peace+
