Upload Instructions?

I've been trying to figure out how to upload something, but can't find anything about it on the site, a note to SOH a few days ago didn't turn any results either, who do I need to contact about this? Thanks.

Daniel,

Go to the Warbird's button on top of this page.

Look for the words, UPLOAD add-ons. They're underlined when your cursor's on them. Click on 'em.

Everything you need is right there on the page that comes up.
