NOPE - I cannot get access either on any of those links - but I salute you for your efforts. Personnaly I am going through all old DVDs and backups to see if I can provide at least a few of the files Rami put in his missing file page. Can only ask everybody in the community to do likewise - together we must have it all, that is the whole idea of the internet.
