My new PC arrived yesterday, I will always remember that I took delivery on the 70th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack. Flying (or attempting to fly, hence my screen name) in combat conditions on these sims gave me a whole new appreciation of what these men went through for us. Can you imagine trying to get out of a burning, possibly unstable machine, possibly wounded, God knows if you'll survive even if you get out...? I well remember my first CFS2 "kill", a zero slipped in front of me really close and I got a burst in - he went unstable in flames and for some reason it really affected me - just like that, for him, it was over - one tactical mistake, and his loved ones get the message we'd all dread, enemy or not. Here's to all our brave vets! :salute::salute::salute::salute::salute::salute::s alute: and from Snoopy, the famous WW1 Avaitor, a genuine root beer toast! :guinness: (Okay, I know it's supposed to be a Guinesss...)
