I know one of the pilots shown on that site is in his late 80's now and still lives locally so I guess he's an old, bold, pilot. :icon_lol:

Just for reference that news article is a couple of years old now and a group of local businesses in the building trade got together to fix Jerry's roof for him along with a lot of other repairs that needed doing.

I also found that to be amazing. Also the Spit with the splintered prop. Tough machines, weren't they?
