The first weekend of November I attended the Fs Weekend in Lelystad to support our DC-2 project. Last year we had a great chat with the guys from Flight1 Europe which resulted in the release of the CD box.
This year they brought a box of CD's for us to sell, and at the end of the day they gave us a goodie bag to promote their new website, simstop.com. In this goodie bag was notepad with pen, a PC pilot (Coincidentally the one with the FsX Uiver review in it!), the Real Air Citabria, Decathlon & Scout box (Which I didn't have yet.) and a $10 discount coupon for SimStop.

I decided to use the coupon on the Real Air Turbine Duke, which I had my eye on for a while. I ordered the download version, payed and downloaded the installer. However, on installing a keycode was required, but I didn't receive one! I waited for a day to see if maybe it would come later but it didn't. Over the next week I used the contact form on their website to contact them twice, but no response. So this week I decided to contact them directly using a flight1 email adress we had used to communicate with them. Within a very short time I got a reply and the problems were solved. Turned out they had the wrong installer for the Duke and their contact form didn't forward the messages to the correct people. (Guess that could happen with a new website.) A few emails later I was happily flying the Turbine Duke!

I would have been happy enough with that, but they keep insisting that I'd pick any boxset from their site as compensation for the problems. So thanks to the people at Simstop/Flight1 I now have a free Citabria, Decathlon & Scout box, a Turbine Duke with discount and the original Duke on CD is now in the mail! :ernae: Thanks for the great service!

I've always had my eye on the Duke in general. That thing looks so HOT! I don't know the systems to get full benefit from it, so I always pass on purchasing it.
