Canada's highway department (I think) uses them on the ice roads. Ice Road Truckers saw one pull
a stuck 18-wheeler back on the road last season and the American version of TOP GEAR did a road
test. Not your ordinary truck....

Would stay out but you had to bring my car in to the equation, LOL... The Vot is NOT slow by any stretch. It is not the fastest thing on the road, but if I drop it in sport mode at a stop light it will leave 99% of the vehicles far in the dust. It drops off a bit in the 60's, and acceleration continues to decline up until the 101mph top speed. The torque off the line is just incredible, and like nothing (not even my SRT-8) could provide. That is why the day I drove one was the day I took one home. The car is by no means a fuel sipping econo box other than in size. Other than that it should have in all honesty been sold as a Buick/Cadillac as they really made no compromises like our Prius (which is all about efficiency).

That Mustang is also very impressive.. When we got the SRT-8 in 07' I originally had wanted the at the time brand new GT-500, but no one wanted to sell them without the rediculous mark up. It is good to see Ford making huge strides in performance. Sadly since Chrysler's sale to Fiat the new 6.4L hemi has proven less than it was supposed to be, and why I replaced the Magnum with the Volt and not a 6.4L Challenger like I had originally intended. I do miss the sound of my catless straight pipes though on the old 6.1L. The tire noise gets boring to listen to since that is all there is when the radio is off now.

HA! HA! Quite a Traffic jam,200MPH??..Hardly!!...in that stuff you will find the likes off a Bentley Mulsanne with its 505HP,costing $285,00 a copy Creeping also...along with the Hollywood RR Phantom,capable of 0-60.in 5.6 Sec....at $450,000 a copy!
